Restaurants and guests join together to help some great kids!
Some 125 guests came out to the Village at Leesburg on Sunday June 2 to enjoy The Paxton Trust’s ‘Taste of the Town’ event offering fantastic food and drink samples to guests. This year’s participants featuring several outstanding and award-winning establishments: : 5 Tara Indian Cuisine, Burger Fi, Eggspectation, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Vino Bistro, and Chefscape: featuring samples from Bar Ahso, Tumi Urban Kitchen, Rooted & Bloomed, Dana’s Cake Shoppe, Johnny Rays and Colombians Place. Guests enjoyed an afternoon of fun and festivity, ‘crawling’ from point to point in the Village! Ticket proceeds allowed The Trust to send kids from the emergency homeless shelter to YMCA summer day camp – as well as provide scholarships for kids in need to attend camps.
